Submitting A Complaint

If you have concerns or a complaint about the services you’ve received from the Sarnia-Lambton CAS we want to work with you to try and resolve them.  

   1-  Please consider talking with your worker and or their manager to address your concerns.

 

   2-  If you are not satisfied after speaking with your worker or manager, you have other options:

      > Complete the Sarnia-Lambton CAS online web form and read the - Fact Sheet 

       > Submit a formal complaint directly to the Society by downloading this form (EN or FR) and email it       

          to info@slcas.on.ca  

      > Visit the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services website :  

             Submitting a complaint about child welfare services

             Central Forms Repository (CFR)

 

   3-  If you are not satisfied by the decisons made by the ICRP you may contact:

         > Child and Family Services Review Board by phone at 1-888-777-3616,

             email at  cfsrb@ontario.ca or website    

         > Ontario Ombudsman by phone at 1-800-263-2841, or website
