STARRting Point provides information and referrals for families trying to find help in Lambton County. STARRting Point assists anyone wanting to know about available services for children and youth who are experiencing difficulties, and links families to helping programs, services and organizations in Lambton County.
STARRting Point provides a single point of access to the children's residential placements funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (Huron House Boys' Home, Community Girls' Home and CPRI) and also to the Family Solutions Program at St. Clair Child and Youth Services.
Community Team For High Risk Children and Youth
Referrals to the Community Team For High Risk Children and Youth can be made through STARRting Point. Meetings are scheduled for every three weeks and usually two or three cases will be presented at each meeting.
